Located on James Island, SC, this first-floor renovation transformed a traditional home into a modern traditional gem. In collaboration with a local contractor and cabinet company, we reimagined the kitchen and family room flow, redesigned the primary bedroom and bathroom layout, and updated finishes throughout. By refinishing the floors, adding fresh paint, and updating lighting, we brought a contemporary update to this timeless home. Using local resources for countertops, tile, and plumbing, we seamlessly blended traditional charm with modern touches to create a space that feels both fresh and enduring.
