West Ashley Renovation
In this 1960s home, we transformed the main living area to create a brighter, more functional space. Working alongside a contractor and draftsman, we opened up the enclosed first floor to bring in more light and improve flow. The kitchen was reconfigured to add additional counter space and storage, while the mudroom and full bath off the back entrance received stylish upgrades. To enhance the home's layout, we added pocket doors to divide a long room, creating a sense of intimacy and better-defined spaces. Photography by Margaret Wright.
